Gold, Coins and Currency Collection Auction in Lancaster County, PA

This online auction features a single-owner collection of Gold coins, U.S. coins and currency, assembled over many decades and now offered to the public for the first time. Many of the coins have been stored in bank safety deposit boxes since the 1970s, preserving their condition. The collection includes early American coinage dating back to the 1700s, as well as a wide range of desirable gold coins. With over 300 lots available, this auction presents an excellent opportunity for both seasoned collectors and new buyers.
The catalog includes gold coins, half cents, large cents, Indian Head and Wheat pennies, and early two- and three-cent pieces. Collectors will find extensive groups of Flying Eagle cents, Buffalo nickels, Liberty nickels, and Jefferson nickels. Numerous uncirculated and circulated coins are offered, including both individual key dates and complete books. Silver coins include Barber, Mercury, and Roosevelt dimes, Seated and Standing Liberty quarters, Washington quarters, and a large number of silver half dollars including Liberty Walking, Franklin, and Kennedy types. Dozens of Morgan and Peace silver dollars are included, with several GSA Carson City issues, and many housed in vintage coin folders.
Also featured is a strong offering of U.S. gold coins, including Liberty Head and Indian Head designs in $1, $2.50, $5, $10, and $20 denominations. Many of the gold pieces appear brightly uncirculated. The sale also includes commemorative coins, framed displays, modern proof and mint sets, and rare U.S. currency from the 1800s and early 1900s.
